Hi everybody,

After a very long leave of absence, I finally have time for Deviantart again. 
Graduated as an art historian, I am now looking for a job in the cultural sector (which is not an easy task).
But, I now have more time to paint and draw, so I'll be able to post some art again! I'll also be able to watch all your beautiful art!
I'll leave it with this short journal entry for now.

Hello folks!

I know I'm not very active here anymore, and I wish I could be active here a little more. Since I'm at university I don't have much time to make art worth posting. But now that I have some vacation I'm going to paint a portrait of my boyfriend, and I hope it will turn out to be a good portrait! If it does, I will post it here.

Apart from painting and drawing again, I'm enjoying my time with reading English literature, watching lots of movies and listening to music. What else does a person need?
I must enjoy these few weeks of no obligations as much as I can!

I think that's about all that I wanted to say...

So, I thought it might be time to update my journal, since it's been quite some time...

...and I still haven't uploaded a new piece of art. Simply because I haven't been doing any 'serious' art lately, meaning that I've only done small, quick sketches in ballpointpen or pencil. Perhaps, I'll upload a few that I think are worth uploading.

As for the rest; I've now officially vacation; only I have to finish a 8-10 page paper until next tuesday. And after that there's another paper; and after that the exams are just around the corner,.... So much for vacation.

But besides all the stress that goes with that, I'm feeling quite well lately. And I'm waiting for times when I can paint again, because my fingers are itching to use brushes and paint again I hope that'll happen as soon as possible.

Hi everybody!!

Hope you're all well!
Sorry I'm posting so little art at the moment, it's just that I've started my first year at University and at the moment I'm having exams.
Yesterday was my first and it did't went well at all I had the baddest luck with my questions, started panicking which influenced my entire exam (it was an oral exam, which made it even worse; I'm not good at that at all)
So I'm kinda down at the moment; trying to do the best for my next exam. And hopefully that one will go better.
After the exams I'm going to Madrid for five days, I'm really looking forward to that. And after that, I hope I'll have some more time to draw or paint.

Oh and I had a question ... did any of you see 'The Artist'? If so, what did you think of it? I found it absolutely wonderful!!
